WIP's and Driving Tests
Well, here is The Earth... after two days of work. The brown thead lying on the material is just the backstitch thread. I couldn't go any further up that side with it till I've done a bit more down the side of the polar bear so it's just hangin'. The black bit on the left hand side is the arse end of a penguin, but he won't be finished for a while cos I'm going up the right side first. The next animal is a turtle.Kate had another driving test this morning...and failed again. She wasn't as gutted this time as the first one. She had to do a reverse park this time and she mounted the kerb. The examiner said she deserved to pass as her general driving and the rest of her manoevres were fine. She's going to wait a couple of months till her finances are sorted out properly, then she's going to put in for it again and have some more lessons.

Tell your daughter not to be disheartened, my DS took 4 goes before he passed, everytime it was something daft and the examiner told him if it were left to him he would have passed him. I know i wouldn't pass my test now if i had to take it again LOL
