Quilt for baby
Obviously it's not finished yet, but this will give you the general idea of what I've been busy working on over the last few days. All those little hexagons are only about 3 inches across and by the time I'd finished cutting them out I was losing the will to live. I've been sewing them together by hand, but will probably finish it off with the sewing machine. Kate and Craig are impressed! Thanks for looking and for any comments, they're always appreciated.

Awww loving it!!! I know who to come too for when I have a lickle one ;-P Haha
It's brill, Jacqui. Definite blue theme - do we know what junior is going to be, or are you hedging your bets?
Well done on the hand stitching - I always find it more relaxing than using the machine for patching. The edges are so small, it's really fiddly keeping moving the foot. I find the easiest way with hexagons is to put them together in sevens [that's small enough to keep with you whilst you're out]and then stitch the motifs together whilst you're at home - watching the TV or something.....
It's lovely, well done!
Fabulous! I can't imagine the patience it must take to cut all of those out so perfectly that they all fit back together!!!
Your quilt is wonderful.
I can remember making those quilts for my kids - you do know you will end up brain dead by the time its done lol.
